If you are looking to move home, you’re a first time buyer or you are buying an investment property, you will need to ensure you know what condition the property is in before you complete the purchase. An RICS Survey Level 2 is recommended for any property built from the 1850s onwards.

With an RICS Survey Level 2 from Mike Kidder Associates, you can get a whole view of the property, outbuildings, and grounds. The structural condition of the building will be checked and any alterations that have been made to the property by the vendors. We also check, where possible, for any approvals for Building Regulations that have or have not been obtained for any alterations made to a property.
Any findings in the report can be discussed with Mike, if needed, when you have read through the report. We are always happy to put any issues into context so that you are aware of any issues that need attention before you commit to the purchase.
